My seasoned man was consistently on my case! That guy was a hard core Marine plus it was his way inside the central air conditioner of his house… And it was his house, there was no question about that, one his number one things to say was to tell me not to be a dope, and well, when it came to the air conditioner in my home, I was a total dope! It all started innocently enough.
I came condo to find my cabin all hot plus sticky. It was a late Summer afternoon plus I was expecting to walk into a wall of air conditioner. Instead, I walked into a swampy cabin that hadn’t had any cooling in hours. I noted instantly that the heat pump was not running even though it was in the middle 90’s outside, but so I walked over to the thermostat to make sure that there was power. The thermostat was lit up like it consistently is plus the fan to the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C equipment was able to come on; But when I flipped it back plus forth to cooling I could not get any air conditioner. I suppose had the whole thing not had any power or done anything, I might have called the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C supplier first. But what I did next is something that I still regret. Instead of calling the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C professionals, I decided to go online plus self diagnose my heat pump. This is a large mistake that I sort of knew I was making as it was happening. I can be pigheaded about things that I want to solve instantly. And I definitely wanted some cooling comfort in that cabin as suddenly as possible. But, I ended up being the dope who voided the warranty on his Heating, Ventilation plus A/C because he tried to work on it.
